ABOUT ME

Originally from the UK, I have lived in France, the Philippines and am now based in Montreal. Since 2009, I have been fortunate to work with multinational organizations, developing their leaders and teams.

I am certified in talent development assessments MBTI, FIRO-B, Cultural Orientations Approach and Benchmark 360 for Managers. 

I have a BA double honors undergraduate degree in French and Russian as well as a Masters in Education Technology. My clients include Shell, Schneider Electric, Voith Hydro, Macquarie Group, Unesco Statistics Institute, Concur, SuccessFactors (SAP).


I coach in English and French.

EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACH

With training accredited by the gold standard in coaching, the International Coach Federation, I received ACC credentialing in 2012. I design custom coaching programs that will meet the objectives of my clients using an evidence-based that often includes tools such as psychometric and cultural assessments as well as 360 evaluations.

A proud life-long learner, I have studied with the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) and the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS). I have certifications in Organizational Development Coaching and Conscious Business Coaching.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

My coaching sweet spot is developing emerging leaders who have recently transitioned from individual contributor roles. I help develop a leadership mindset placing emphasis on strategic decision-making, coaching skills, and delegation.

I meet my clients where they are and we carve a path together to get them where they want to be in their professional and personal lives. I use assessments to identify strengths and preferences. MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)

The best known and most trusted personality assessment available, the MBTI provides a constructive, flexible framework applicable to all areas of personal and professional development. The MBTI profile reveals how we see and interact with the world, giving insight into our motivation and the motivation of others. This provides a strong foundation for personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness.

The MBTI is particularly effective in the areas of problem-solving, innovation, communication, team development, stress management, leadership, career development and change management.

I offer individual and group programs to accelerate self-awareness and boost collaboration skills.
